Application security for SaaS

Audit your SaaS security, from code to the live web app

PentestLouis brings together in a single diagnostic the checks that small teams usually spread across several tools. You get a view an executive can understand, precise enough to guide developers.

01

An audit built for SaaS teams

A SaaS product moves fast: new routes, updated dependencies, deployment secrets and authentication settings change with every release. A yearly review cannot keep up with that pace, while a pile of raw alerts does not tell you what to fix first.

PentestLouis provides a repeatable first level of verification between two human audits, before a production release, or when a customer asks for evidence of your security practices.

  • Analysis of errors and risky practices in the code
  • Search for dependencies linked to known vulnerabilities
  • Detection of exposed credentials and keys
  • Checks of web, TLS, DNS and email configuration
02

A result designed to be used

Each finding starts with a plain explanation of the consequence, then gives the technical details the development team needs. The report separates what was observed, what remains to be verified and the expected effort to fix it.

No finding is ever a guarantee that you are invulnerable. The scope and limits of the analysis are displayed so the result can be interpreted honestly.

03

When to add a human pentest

A human engagement is still recommended for complex business logic, regulated environments, sensitive multi-role user flows and certification needs. Automation is there to detect early, repeat checks and better prepare that engagement — not to hide what it does not cover.

Frequently asked questions

Move forward with the right answers.

Scope, method and limits: what you need to know to make your choice.

Do I need to grant write access to the repository?

No. The GitHub App only requests the permissions needed to read and analyze the repositories you select. PentestLouis does not write to your code.

Can an application already in production be analyzed?

Passive checks are suited to a public surface. For any active exploration, preferably use a representative staging environment and explicitly define the authorized scope.

Is this a full replacement for a manual pentest?

No. The automated diagnostic covers repeatable checks, and AI exploration can dig deeper into some leads. A human pentester is still needed for complex business scenarios and for specific regulatory or contractual requirements.
